Art. 1 - Object
- These general terms and conditions of use and privacy rules represent the access and use of the website (accessible through the url: [www.sentric.it](http://www.sentric.it/)), the Sentric app and all brands, services, and products controlled or owned by Sentric Srl (hereinafter the "owner") and are activities regulated by these general terms and conditions of use.
- This website is owned by Sentric Srl, located at Via Ilaria Alpi 4, Mantova 46100 (Italy), VAT number 02580070205, registered with the MN - 264077.
- Access to the website and app and its use, as well as the purchase of services presented therein, presupposes the reading, knowledge, and acceptance of these general terms and conditions of use.
- Registration and the creation of an account through the website or app, as well as the purchase of services presented therein, presuppose the explicit reading, knowledge, and acceptance of these general terms and conditions of use.
Art. 2 - Changes to conditions of use
- The owner may modify or simply update, in whole or in part, these general terms and conditions of use. Changes and updates to the general terms and conditions of use will be notified to users on the Home page as soon as they are adopted and will be binding as soon as they are published on the website in this same section. Access and use of the website and app presuppose the user's acceptance of these terms and conditions of use.
Art. 3 - Intellectual property
- The content on the website and app, such as, but not limited to, works, images, photographs, dialogues, music, sounds, and videos, documents, designs, figures, logos, and any other material in any format published on the website itself, including menus, web pages, graphics, colors, schemes, tools, characters, and website design, diagrams, layout, methods, processes, functions, and software that are part of the website, are protected by copyright and any other intellectual property right of the owner or any third parties contracted by the owner. The reproduction, in whole or in part, in any form, of the website and its contents is prohibited without the express written consent of the owner.
- The user is authorized solely to view the website and its contents using the services available therein. The user is also authorized to perform all other temporary, transient, or accessory acts of reproduction that are considered integral and essential to the same viewing and use of the website and its contents and all other website navigation operations that are performed solely for a legitimate use of the same.
- The user is not authorized in any way to perform any reproduction, on any medium, in whole or in part, of the website and its contents. Any act of reproduction must be authorized from time to time by Sentric or, if necessary, by the authors of the individual works contained on the website. Such reproduction operations must, however, be carried out for lawful purposes and in compliance with copyright and other intellectual property rights and the authors of the individual works contained on the website.
- The product sheets containing all the data related to them (including, but not limited to, images, descriptions, titles, variants, prices, etc.) are protected by copyright and any other intellectual property right of the owner or any third parties contracted by the owner. The reproduction, in whole or in part, in any form, of the website and its contents is prohibited without the express written consent of the owner. Use is in any case permitted only through the use of Sentric services, including:

Art. 4 - Use of the website and user responsibility
- Access and use of the website, viewing web pages, including communication with the owner, the ability to download product information, and purchasing products on the website, constitute activities carried out by the user for purposes related to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity.
- The user is personally responsible for the use of the website and its content. The owner cannot be held responsible for the user's non-compliance with the current laws, regulations, the website, and the content by each of its users, except for liability for willful misconduct and gross negligence. In particular, the user will be solely and exclusively responsible for the communication of information and data that are incorrect, false, or related to third parties without their consent, as well as in consideration of their incorrect use.
- Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is at the choice and risk of the user. Therefore, any responsibility for any damage to computer systems or data losses resulting from download operations falls on the user and cannot be attributed to the owner.
- The owner declines all responsibility for any damage resulting from the inaccessibility of the services present on the website or from any damage caused by viruses, damaged files, errors, omissions, service interruptions, deletions of content, problems related to the network, providers, or telephone and/or telematic connections, unauthorized access, data alterations, or the non-functioning or defective operation of the user's electronic equipment.
- The user is responsible for the custody and proper use of their personal information, including credentials that allow access to reserved services, as well as any harmful consequences or damage that may result from the incorrect use, loss, or theft of such information.
- The owner has taken every reasonable precaution to prevent the publication of content and images on the website that may be considered offensive to the decorum, human rights, and dignity of people, in all possible forms and expressions. In any case, if the aforementioned content is considered offensive to religious or ethical sensitivity or decorum, the interested user is requested to communicate this condition to the owner, who warns, however, that any access to the considered offensive or defamatory content is made by the user at their own discretion and at their exclusive and personal responsibility.
- The owner has also taken every useful precaution to ensure that all information on the website is correct, complete, and up-to-date. However, the same assumes no responsibility towards users for the accuracy and completeness of the contents published on the website, unless otherwise provided by law. - The user is personally responsible for the use of the product sheets obtained through the services offered by Sentric. The owner cannot be held responsible for the non-compliance with the current laws, regulations, applications, and content by each of its users, except for liability for willful misconduct and gross negligence. In particular, the user is solely and exclusively responsible for the communication of information and data that are incorrect, false, or related to third parties without their consent, as well as for their incorrect use. In addition, the user is solely responsible for obtaining authorizations from producers for the use of data of interest accessible through Sentric.
Art. 5 - Personal account
- The user has the option to register on the website to take advantage of its products and/or services. The user has an area of the website exclusively dedicated to them, through which they can access and verify the status of the requested services from time to time.
- By registering on the website, the user must provide a strictly personal email address or username (hereinafter "ID") and a password for access. Both the ID and password cannot be used by two or more stations simultaneously, and the user cannot transfer or transfer them to third parties, except under their full and exclusive responsibility. It is reminded that the user will be held responsible towards the owner and any third party for any and all actions, transactions, and/or facts that occur and/or are executed through the use of the ID and/or password entered.
- The user is obliged to preserve the confidentiality and secrecy of their ID and password and is required to promptly inform the website of any unauthorized use or loss of their ID and/or password, by email or registered letter with return receipt, so that the website can suspend the provision of its services with reference to the account.
- If unauthorized access to the user's account occurs and/or the user has lost their ID and/or password more than three times, the website reserves the right to remove the user's account without the user having anything to claim against the owner.
- The owner cannot be held in any way responsible, directly or indirectly, in any form or based on any liability regime, for injuries or damages of any kind resulting from, or related to, the user's failure to comply with the provisions of this article.
- The owner will be free to inhibit a user's access to their own customer area and/or to interrupt the operation of their ID and/or password if it deems that there has been a substantial violation of these general terms and conditions of use and in particular of what is provided below, or if the user makes an illicit or incorrect use of the website's services.
- The user will also be required not to perform or allow or permit third parties the following behaviors (non-exhaustive and continuously updated):
- uploading or creating any data or content within the customer area that violates any law, regulation, or third-party right (including, among others, trade secrets or personal data of third parties);
- using the company's services for purposes other than mere access to them in the ways they are provided by the same;
- carrying out actions of any kind or nature aimed at circumventing, disabling, or interfering in any way with the security applications related to the website's services or other applications that prevent, limit, or restrict the use or copying of any material present on it;
- using the website's services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- interfering with or damaging the website's services and systems or their relative enjoyment by any user, by any means, including by uploading files or otherwise disseminating harmful electronic viruses, adware, spyware, bugs, or other electronic tools;
- performing actions aimed at circumventing tools for the exclusion of robots or other measures that the website may use to prevent unauthorized access to its services.
Art. 6.1 - Free Account
The Free Account enables limited free use of the Sentric mobile app and its integrations on third-party services.
Art. 6.2 - Paid Account
The Paid Account enables the use of Sentric's APIs according to the prices and benefits described in the documentation on the website.
Art. 6.3 - Billing
If you purchase our services, you must provide complete and accurate billing information, including a valid payment method. For Paid Accounts, we will automatically charge your payment method for each purchase until you cancel your account and/or deactivate the service. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, and we will charge tax when required. If payment cannot be completed, we may suspend access to our services until payment is received.
Art. 6.4 - Cancellation
You can cancel your Free Account at any time by requesting the deletion of your Free Account. If there are active paid services, these will be automatically canceled according to the modalities described later. You can cancel your Paid Account at any time. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. These Terms do not override any mandatory local laws regarding your cancellation rights.
Art. 6.5 - Service Credits
You can pay for some services in advance by purchasing service credits. All service credits are subject to our Terms and Conditions of Credits.
Art. 7 - Exclusion of liability
- As previously indicated, the owner performs the utmost diligence in caring for and maintaining the website and its content; however, it assumes no responsibility for the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the data and information provided on the website or on sites linked to it. Therefore, any responsibility for errors or omissions resulting from the use of data and information on the website must be excluded.
- The owner declines all responsibility, including the presence of errors, correcting errors, server liability hosting the website; it is also not responsible for the use of the information contained therein, their correctness, and reliability. In no case, including negligence, will the owner be responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may result from the use or inability to use the materials present on the website.
- The owner declines all responsibility with respect to the use of data acquired by the user through Sentric services (including services accessed through APIs).
Art. 8 - Limitations on service provision
- The owner cannot be held responsible for the damages resulting from the failure to provide the service due to the incorrect or non-functioning of electronic communication means due to causes outside its foreseeable control. By way of example, but not limited to, server malfunction and other electronic devices, even those not an integral part of the Internet network, malfunction of installed software, computer viruses, the possible presence of viruses or other harmful and damaging computer components, as well as hacking actions or other users accessing the network. The user therefore undertakes to indemnify and hold the owner harmless from any liability and/or claim in this regard.
Art. 9 - Links to other websites
- The website may contain hyperlinks to other websites that are not connected to it. The owner does not control or monitor such websites and therefore does not guarantee their contents or data management in any way. Therefore, the user should carefully read the terms of use of the visited third-party sites and their privacy policies, as these terms of use and privacy policy refer solely to this site.
Art. 10 - Links to other web pages
- This site can also be reached through third-party sites, where a link or banner will be present to access the site.
- The activation of links on third-party sites to this site is only possible with the prior consent and authorisation of the owner, which can be requested by contacting the owner at the aforementioned address or writing to the email address: [info@sentric.it](mailto:info@sentric.it).
- The activation of unauthorised links will authorise the owner to act for the immediate deactivation of illegitimate links and for the possible recognition of the related commercial practice or unfair competition or action to the detriment of the good name and reputation of the owner, its services and companies of the same group. In any case, the activation of deep hyperlinks (such as deep frame or deep link) to the Site or the unauthorised use of meta-tags is prohibited.
Art. 11 - Trademarks
- All trademarks and distinctive signs present on the site, also related to the individual activities carried out by the owner, are the exclusive property of the owner himself or of the companies referring to him.
- The owner has the right to exclusive use of said trademarks. Therefore, any unauthorised, unauthorised or non-compliant use is strictly prohibited and entails legal consequences. It is not permitted in any way to use said trademarks and any other distinctive sign present on the site to unduly, even indirectly, benefit from the distinctive character or reputation of the owner's trademarks or to cause damage to them and their owners.
- The domain [www.sentric.it](http://www.sentric.it/) and its various declinations and subdomains are owned by the owner. No use, even indirect, is allowed, except with the specific written authorisation of the owner or owners.
Art. 12 - Data processing
- User data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the specific section containing the information pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (Privacy Policy). Art. 13 - Safeguard clause
- In the event that any of the clauses of these general terms and conditions of use are void for any reason, this will in no way compromise the validity and compliance with the other provisions contained in these general terms and conditions of use.

Art. 15 - Applicable law and competent court
- These general terms and conditions of use are governed by Italian law and interpreted accordingly, subject to any overriding imperative provisions of the country of habitual residence of the purchaser. Consequently, the interpretation, execution and resolution of the general terms and conditions of use are subject exclusively to Italian law.
- Any disputes relating to and/or resulting from them must be resolved exclusively by the Italian judicial authority. The competent court is that of Mantova (Italy).
Service Credits Terms and Conditions
These Sentric Service Credit Terms ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Sentric, governing your purchase, receipt, or use of any credits redeemable for our Services ("Service Credit").
We may offer the option to prepay for certain Services through the purchase of credits ("Prepaid Service Credits"). Prepaid Service Credits represent the amount you have paid in advance for the use of the respective Services. Additional terms may apply to specific services.
We might also offer Service Credits for free as part of a promotional or testing program, to which sales, use, gross receipts, or similar transaction-based taxes applicable to you will not apply.
Service Credits are not legal tender or currency; they are not redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for any sum of money or monetary value; they have no equivalent value in fiat currency; and do not constitute or confer any personal property rights. Service Credits are non-transferable and may be used only with the applicable Service.
All sales of Services, including prepaid ones, are final. Service Credits are non-refundable and expire one year after purchase or issuance if not used, unless otherwise specified.
Your available Service Credit balance can be checked monthly in the cost summary in your Sentric account. You are solely responsible for ensuring the correct amount of Service Credits has been added to or deducted from your balance. Your Service Credit balance is not a bank account, digital wallet, stored value account, or other payment device.
Any attempted transfer, sale, gift, or exchange of Service Credits is prohibited and unrecognized. Such attempts may result in revocation, termination, or cancellation of the Service Credits and/or your use of the Services without refund and/or immediate suspension or termination of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Services, including your Service Credit balance, in accordance with applicable law.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website or by emailing the email associated with your account. The modified Terms become effective upon posting or, if notified by email, as stated in the email. By receiving or using any Service Credit after the effective date of any modifications to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
Terms and Conditions of the Sentric Partner Program
Art. 1 - Purpose
These Terms govern participation in Sentric's Partner Program and define how Partners may promote and resell Sentric's services.
Art. 2 - Program Enrollment
Only professionals and business entities may join the Partner Program.
Participation is subject to Sentric's approval, which may be denied at Sentric's sole discretion.
By participating in the Program, the Partner agrees to these Terms, Sentric's Privacy Policy, and the related technical documentation.
The first 10 approved partners will receive a special badge; the following 90 will receive a secondary badge.
Art. 3 - Minimum Requirements and Service Access
To participate, the Partner must:
be a Certified Sentric Agent;
hold a valid Partner ID.
The Partner may activate Sentric subscriptions or APIs on behalf of retailers.
Sentric reserves the right to modify or revoke access to specific services in case of misuse, breach of contract, or violation of these Terms.
Art. 4 - Extra Credits and Accrual Terms
The Partner is entitled to extra credits equal to 30% of the Sentric API Credit purchases made by each customer account activated through the Partner's code.
The extra credits:
are recognized only for customer accounts generating at least €500 in monthly purchases;
do not accrue for any month in which that threshold is not reached;
are calculated on a maximum of €20,000 in monthly purchases for each customer account;
are not cumulative across periods and are calculated on a monthly basis;
are calculated on the net value of purchases, excluding returns, discounts, or unpaid amounts.
Art. 5 - Billing and Allocation of Extra Credits
Billing cycles are monthly.
Extra credits are allocated within 45 days after the end of the billing cycle, or from the date of actual collection.
Extra credits are recognized exclusively on amounts actually collected by Sentric.
No extra credits are recognized for invoices not paid by retailers.
Extra credits may be credited to the Partner's account or, upon request, to one or more customer accounts, up to a maximum of 3.
Art. 6 - Partner Responsibilities
The Partner agrees to:
promote Sentric independently and at their own expense, unless co-marketing activities are agreed upon;
comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including anti-spam laws);
provide first-level support to their clients and integrate external systems (if certified as a developer);
promptly inform Sentric of any events or issues that may reasonably result in complaints, damage, or liability.
Art. 7 - Use of Sentric Trademarks and Materials
The Partner may use the Sentric logo solely for promotional purposes, and only within the limits set by the brand guidelines.
Modifying or reusing trademarks or materials without written consent is prohibited.
Improper use may result in removal from the Program.
The Partner is allowed to offer Sentric services in white label, provided that all terms of this document are respected.
Art. 8 - Indemnification
The Partner agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and, upon request, defend Sentric and its affiliates, as well as their directors, officers, employees, subcontractors, and agents, against any claims, demands, lawsuits, debts, losses, or liabilities, including but not limited to investigation costs, reasonable legal fees, and court costs arising from or related to:
breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation by the Partner under this agreement;
Partner's negligence or willful misconduct;
warranties, guarantees, or statements made by the Partner on behalf of Sentric to third parties;
use of Sentric APIs by the Partner;
violation of laws or regulations by the Partner;
third-party claims that Partner products or services infringe intellectual property or other rights;
Partner's tax liabilities, including related audits or penalties;
poor, missing, or improper delivery of Partner's products or services;
the Partner's relationship with any retailer.
Art. 9 - Amendments
Sentric reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time with reasonable prior notice via email or by publishing them on its website.
Continued participation in the Program after such changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
Art. 10 - Term and Termination
These Terms are valid indefinitely.
Either party may terminate participation by giving 30 days' written notice.
Sentric may suspend or terminate a Partner's access immediately in the event of:
violation of these Terms;
fraudulent behavior or reputational damage to Sentric;
prolonged inactivity or misuse of the Partner Code.
Art. 11 - Limitation of Liability
Sentric does not guarantee that the Program or its Services will be error-free or meet all specific needs of the Partner or its retailers.
Sentric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Partner Program, APIs, or Dashboard.
Sentric's total liability will not exceed the total extra credits granted to the Partner in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the damage.
Art. 12 - Confidentiality
All confidential information shared between the parties (including technical, commercial, client or strategy data) must be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where legally required.
Art. 13 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Mantua (Italy).
Cookies and browser storage
Sentric uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security and requested features. We do not use profiling or advertising cookies, visitor analytics or session recordings.
Sentric session and security cookies last up to 90 days; the session ends after 30 days of inactivity. Temporary cookies for completing sign-in last 10 minutes, those for registration and account recovery 30 minutes, and those for connecting Davines/Comfort Zone 15 minutes.
Local storage keeps language preferences (sentric.web.ui-locale.v1 and sentric.web.product-language.v1) and dismissal of the informational banner (sentric.web.cookie-notice.v1) until you change or delete them. Tab storage temporarily keeps your position in the job listings (sentric.web.careers-return.v1), usable for 30 minutes and removed when the tab closes.
During sign-in verification we use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent abuse and automated access. The service may use the technical cookie _GRECAPTCHA and process device and interaction data for the security check.
You can delete cookies and local data in your browser settings. Blocking them may prevent sign-in or saving preferences. For the data controller, data recipients and your rights, see the privacy policy below.
